Pricing
What you pay for on the ogq.me website is “AI usage”, which can be used only for AI generation. Get it every month with a subscription, or buy more whenever you run short.
Credits and content are not sold through web checkout.

About subscriptions
- First-time Starter subscribers on monthly billing get a 7-day free trial, once. If you cancel within the trial, you are not charged.
- AI usage provided each month expires at the end of that billing cycle and does not carry over to the next month.
- A yearly plan is paid once for the year and grants the monthly AI usage every month for 12 months.
- Subscriptions renew automatically on the same day each month (each year for yearly plans). You can cancel any time from your account page.

About additional usage
- Additional usage stays valid for 5 years from the payment date.
- The usage needed for one generation differs by feature and is shown on screen before you generate.
Prices are for the Republic of Korea and include VAT. In the mobile app (App Store / Google Play), the price for your country shown by the store applies.
Payments outside Korea (USD)
Web payments made outside the Republic of Korea are charged in US dollars (USD).

Outside Korea, only the monthly Starter plan and additional usage are sold. Yearly plans and the Pro and Max plans are sold in KRW only.
Refunds
- Subscriptions: a full refund within 7 days of the first payment if that cycle’s AI usage and benefits have not been used. Renewal payments are not refunded.
- Yearly plans: if cancelled part-way, we refund the amount paid minus the months used (including the month of cancellation), counted at the monthly list price.
- Additional usage: unused usage is fully refunded within 7 days of purchase; after 7 days, unused usage is refunded less fees. Used usage is not refunded.
- AI generation: refunded if no result is produced because of a system error.
- Purchases made in the mobile app follow the refund policy of that store.
