Toomas from Tapa

Hello there! I am Toomas. I am a strange estonian man and former estonian president who lives in the town Tapa. It's a nice little town with old train station (120 years old), water tower and a jail for children. I am quite old, but I like to be strange and do some pranks on people. I know russian lang. really well and a lot of russian swearing words too. I newer spoke on russian during my presidency cause its a secret. I like drawing and talking to people.
