Dead rose

When I clicked thias photograph, it was a 6 month old rose given to me her on our 1st meeting in autumn of ‘19. I had totally forgotten of this which I had kept it in polity book. I still remember I had written a caption “Petals dry, fragrance evaporates but sharpness of thorns remain.” while sharing this image on my what’s app status after the breakup.?
