Desolation

Explored 62 on Monday, December 21, 2009 A stone wall built at Brandywine centuries ago with a tree likely just as old. This park, along the Brandywine River, is one of my favourite places to walk about, but I rarely return home with any photos I'm truly proud of. I suppose this could be an exception. P.S. You can't tell from this photo, but I was standing in about 60cm of fresh snow when I shot this. A nice way to spend the morning.
