Annual fleabane/Philadelphia fleabane

Erigeron philadelphicus is native to North America. It has alternate, simple leaves, on hairy stems. The flower heads have 35 heads. The blooms are one inch in diameter. The middle to lower leaves are heart shaped, and the plant is about 0. 5–2. 5 ft tall. This plant prefers moist and fertile soil in full sun. It is also introduced into Europe and Asia, considered an invasive weed in many places.
