This image was captured as we were traveling by boat along the Sierpe River. It is a Black Tailed Tree Boa...... There were many bats resting on the tree in front and the Boa was anxious to capture one. We happened by as he was getting ready to strike but he never did capture one while we were there.. They are beautiful snakes with wonderful markings and certainly it was a thrill to see it in it's natural habitat ! Wishing you all a great Monday and a very blessed one too !!! No photo
