Orange trees produce a large amount of flower as a large amount of it falls during the time it is on the trees, sometimes creating a small white blanket on the ground in the weeks after flowering. Although this process is a symbol of the arrival of spring in the areas where they are most present, the high temperatures are leading the orange trees to a second flowering at the beginning of October.
