Modak!

Traditional Indian sweet called Modak! They are rice flower dumplings filled with a sweet filling made from coconut, jaggery, cardamom and fried cashews. Sometimes sugar water, colored orange with saffron, is also added on top. Add ghee on hot modak and dig in!
