Balloons

Amazingly details and talent. This balloon sculptor displays a superb work of art. The design encompasses a large area, with Disney's "Beauty and the Beast" theme. The scene is not entirely created from balloons. The candlestick character, teacup, and the illuminated, large Belle (Beauty) are incorporated brilliantly. The decor surrounds the tiered cake, cupcakes, and other party foods and favors.
