Indian Cow used for begging & child labour

This picture is taken back side of Cambridge institute of technology, k.r puram Bangalore. Cows are worshipped as Mother in Hinduism; I've noticed many instincts where cows are used for begging due to many reasons we cannot ignore those reasons like wealth issue, shelter, food scarcity. poor people have no choice government is not able to tackle the issue, due to over population. we need to find solutions perhaps in future we will!
