Dying While Living

It was weird seeing a leaf already turned brown while all the other leaves on the branch were a vibrant green. But to me it shows how within everyone there is a dark side, a side that may be "dead" or maybe forgotten. Whether it's a tragic past, a terrifying future, or an ongoing paranoia; no one is perfect no matter how doll-like they may seem on the outside, a small part of everyone is dead or broken. Unfortunately, some more than others...
