Pardoned Thanksgiving Turkey

American Thanksgiving is held on the fourth Thursday of November. Annually a turkey is presented to the President at the White House. This turkey receives 'a presidential pardon': instead of becoming Thanksgiving dinner turkey, it's allowed to live out its life on a turkey farm.
