Chirashi zushi Chirasu means to sprinkle. Seafood(shrimp, salmon roe), vegetables(shiitake mushrooms, rapeseed leaves), egg strips, pink shrimp? powder are sprinkled atop rice vinegar-sweetened sushi rice.
