Once , arena of this building was stained with the blood of martyrs for believing in Jesus Christ. Christians were killed in the arena of the amphitheater by swords , given to the lions , burned at the stake. Older people , men and women , boys and girls were firm in their faith in Jesus Christ even looking into the eyes of death. Why? Because they knew in Whom they believed , they knew God's love for them through Jesus Christ .They died , but they died the winners and heirs of eternal life ...
