Born from mist and fog of the morning Silent, slow and steady I kept growing A path along its vein I felt the leaf guiding To the river below i hoped and just kept rolling At the tip I paused just before jumping Gathered my feet and let gravity do the pulling All that rush and all that curling Only to meet an elder leaf during its break from sailing !
