Round 大福daifuku omochi filled with matcha green tea anko(bean paste) and pink sakura-flavored anko. Warabiわらび mochi dessert － clear, light jelly-like sweet eaten chilled in warmer seasons. Here served with あんこred bean paste, 黒蜜brown sugar molasses, and 抹茶matcha powder. The small white balls are 白玉shiratama dumplings. Sweets incorporating matcha are extremely popular and widespread in Japan.
